we all go thru what you did, unfortunate as it is. It's almost like the old college days of initiation back in the 50's. Don't take everyone's comments back to you as personal, most don't mean that, some do, but in the end, it all blows away like dust with the winds of time.
As I'm reminded of a minister's remarks at a funeral. The pastor was concluding his remarks by saying: and so my fellow christians, we are born of dust and to dust we will return, for we are all but dust. Ahead of me in a pew, a little 5 year old boy leaned over to his mom and said: mom - mom, what is butt dust? I couldn't help myself, I had to chuckle. Welcome to the gas buddy forum.

You know what's bad? What you're going through in the thread we have to fight virutally on a daily basis, trying to get people to differentiate between honest opinions (right or wrong), random rantings, and inane postings as well as temper those that sound off at new members. Not saying I, or rumbleseat, or michael or TreasuryGuy, and others haven't made our share of posts we'd pull back, but we're generally very consciencious of what we're writing.

Glad to have you on the threads and, hopefully, you'll understand our "why bocotts don't work", "why boycotts won't work", and "why don't buy gas on [whatever] day" won't work" comments, and perhaps even help us.

As for the criticism you received in the post..., disregard it and hope that the other member had an off-day.
